Topics are the centerpiece of Newsmind Stories. They serve for joint planning. With your team, you can plan all topics across media and editorial departments and prepare for further editorial work. These topics then lead to stories. Stories are optimized for publication channels, containing aspects of the topic. Therefore, any number of stories can arise from a topic – tailored to the individual channels. But of course, you can also create a story without having an overarching topic. Our plans are structured in a way that the right solution is available for every type of organization. In the “Basic” plan, a maximum of 15 users in two teams can use the tool. “All-in” is designed for globally positioned companies.

Which external sources can I monitor?
Newsmind Stories can connect to a variety of sources. This includes agency reports – from DPA to the Evangelical Press Service – news and articles published online, or social media sources such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc. Upon request, we can also integrate internal databases or other data sources. You can easily monitor your own feeds as well.

Which systems and third-party providers can be integrated?
You can use Newsmind Stories with the tools and systems you already have in place. On the one hand, there are suitable connectors to various specialized systems for TV, radio, web, as well as export functions to social media, including: Openmedia, Sophora CMS, Twitter, Facebook, SwatIO. In addition, external MAM systems can be integrated: Vidispine, ZAP, Mediacenter, DIRA, Hyperdoc, etc. Newsmind Stories can also be connected to various third-party systems such as other CMS and social media management tools via APIs.
